The on-grid solution can convert the DC from solar panels into AC with the same voltage, the same frequency, and the same phase as the grid electricity, and transmit the power to the grid. According to the safety requirements, isolator is required between photovoltaic module and grid-connected inverter, either external switch or built-in switch. In order to ensure the safety and reliability of on-grid solution, a distribution box is required to meet the requirements of distribution systems.
AC coupled solution is combined by AC coupled inverter and grid-connected inverter are combined to form a photovoltaic energy storage system. The non-polar miniature circuit breaker (MCB) changes the opening distance between the dynamic and static contacts and by increasing arc coil, the arc enters the arc extinguishing chamber, thereby cutting off the fault. The energy storage system needs protection during charging and discharging, and non-polar MCB can provide two-way current protection.
